You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service, including chat prompts and feedback (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service.
- Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Service.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Medical Advice
The chatbot personas, including those that act as emotional support figures (e.g., father figure), provide general wellness advice and do not replace professional medical or mental health advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
9.2 Service Provided "As-Is"
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
